  • All fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Final deliverables become your property once full payment is received

  • Orbit Digital retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials

Any third-party tools, plugins, or licenses remain subject to their respective terms.

6. Revisions & Scope

Revisions are limited to what is defined in your selected package or agreement. Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

7. Website Content & Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, Orbit Digital does not guarantee that all website content will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all final content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Orbit Digital shall not be liable for:
